About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Petro Canada Gas Station. Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, ensuring that they are adequately trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
    • Assign tasks and duties to staff members, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the ordering and stocking of merchandise, ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and that our customers have access to a wide range of products.
    • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure that our stock levels are accurate and that we are not overstocking or understocking.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for improving our customer service.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the cash handling and financial transactions, ensuring that all sales and transactions are accurately recorded and that our cash handling procedures are followed.
    • Prepare and submit financial reports, providing insights into our sales and revenue.
  • Store Maintenance
    • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our gas station, ensuring that it is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
    • Identify and address any maintenance issues, ensuring that our store is always in good working order.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or gas station environment
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and working under pressure.

Language

The primary language of this role is English.
