About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Petro Canada Gas Station. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our gas station, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of staff, including apprentices, sales workers, and office staff, to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales workers to duties, manage inventory, and oversee the sale of merchandise to customers.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, merchandising reports, and personnel reports to identify areas for improvement and drive sales growth.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is always available to meet customer demand.
  • Team Development: Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback and coaching, and develop training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the retail or gas station industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, with occasional lifting and bending.
