About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Petro Canada Gas Station. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our gas station, ensuring seamless customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and manage a team of staff, including apprentices, sales workers, and office personnel, to ensure efficient operations and high-quality customer service.
  • Sales and Merchandise: Assign sales workers to duties, manage inventory, and oversee the sale of merchandise to meet customer demands.
  • Operations Management: Establish work schedules, manage cash, and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues, and ensure that customer requests are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that stock is always available to meet customer demands.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure that they are meeting performance expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the retail or gas station industry.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a team environment.
