About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Nawab Saab Biryanis & Kebabs. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, including special meals for patients as instructed by dietitians or chefs.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of food quality.
  • Team Leadership: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and order supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Recruit and hire staff as needed to support kitchen operations.
