About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Punjabi By Nature Sweets Factory Inc. as a key member of our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Event Planning: Organize and coordinate buffets and banquets to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Kitchen Leadership: Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources, including staff, equipment, and supplies.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week, with a focus on flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the business.
