  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes meet our quality and presentation standards.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained, and order supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and provide guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their responsibilities.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, and maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food service environment, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with heavy loads, overtime required, and physically demanding tasks.
  • Personal Qualities: Attention to detail, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, and time management skills.
