About the Role

Espy Construction and Renovation Inc. is seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, planning and organizing daily activities, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate the activities of subcontractors, including scheduling, communication, and quality control.
  • Daily Operations: Plan and organize daily operations, including site preparation, material management, and labor allocation.
  • Subcontractor Management: Select and manage trade subcontractors, ensuring they meet our quality and safety standards.
  • Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings to ensure projects are built according to plan.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 1-2 people, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they meet their responsibilities.
  • Equipment and Machinery: Ensure all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and operated safely.
  • Transportation and Travel: Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle, with a valid driver's license.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, a team player attitude, and a commitment to accountability.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
