The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining site safety, supervising team activities, and ensuring the quality of work performed by staff and contractors. We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage various construction tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Site Safety: Maintain a safe workplace environment and ensure all safety standards and regulations are adhered to.
  • Team Supervision: Direct and manage labour force and subcontractors to align with project specifications and timelines.
  • Quality Control: Inspect the quality of work performed by staff and contractors to ensure adherence to project standards.
  • Communication: Communicate project progress and potential issues to management and stakeholders effectively.
  • Logistics: Deliver and pick up materials as required for the completion of projects.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and maintain effective work systems to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Documentation: Prepare and update project documentation, including reports and logs to ensure all project details are recorded.
  • Client Relations: Communicate with clients and contractors to establish clear expectations and foster professional relationships.
  • Emergency Response: Administer first aid and emergency protocols if required on-site.
  • Resource Management: Handle equipment and resources management, ensuring all tools are maintained and functional.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role as a Site Supervisor or Labourer.
  • Relevant certification or diploma in construction, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various sites as required.
  • Strong physical stature capable of withstanding long hours on feet in varying weather conditions.
  • Trustworthy with a proven track record of managing company resources responsibly.
  • Ambitious professional attitude, striving for continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.

  • Project management skills, with the adeptness in planning, prioritizing, and executing tasks.
