Position Overview:
The Security Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all security operations, ensuring the safety and security personnel, property, and assets. The role involves managing a team of security guards, coordinating with management, and implementing security protocols to maintain a secure site.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervisor security guards on site.
- Scheduling shifts and ensuring adequate coverage.
- Escalate any performance or disciplinary issues within the team to management.
- Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports.
Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and other stakeholders as needed.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all security-related activities and incidents.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- 3-5 years of experience in security, 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Demonstrates superior customer service skills and able to work independently
- Minimum of a High School Diploma
- MOAB, Use of Force and First Aid/CPR Level C would be considered a definite asset
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
