Job Title: Site Construction Supervisor

Job Overview:

The Site Construction Supervisor role calls for an individual well-versed in sophisticated construction methodologies, with a paramount emphasis on safety protocols. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip candidates with the necessary skills in construction practices specific to the petroleum sector. Key duties include executing concrete repairs and enhancements at retail petroleum locations, alongside undertaking minor construction activities and maintaining equipment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Minor Construction Tasks

Execute repairs or replacements of tank pad manhole grade rings, spill containers, and finish concrete/asphalt surfaces. Utilize surveying tools to determine construction grade elevations. Conduct carpentry tasks, including the installation of fences, gates, and various building repairs.

Repair and Maintenance Duties

Carry out preventive maintenance on petroleum-related equipment. Address service and repair needs for petroleum machinery as required. Client Relationship Management Foster and maintain robust client relationships to promote repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

Proficient in concrete cutting, jackhammering, and forming techniques. Possess mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving capabilities. Hold a valid driver's license with the ability to tow trailers. Demonstrate a strong commitment to efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Licenses and Certifications:

Valid driver's license required.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with small machinery and electrical tasks. TSSA Petroleum Mechanic Certifications (PM1, PM2, PM3, or PMH) are advantageous.
