Project Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing program timelines for individual assembly and equipment automation projects. Your responsibilities will include preparing, coordinating, and managing project timelines, open issue lists, and resource needs and allocations. You will be the primary point of contact for communications with customers, suppliers, team members, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring timely completion of projects
- Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel and equipment
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality, delivery, and budget expectations
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and ISO 9001
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on automation and assembly projects
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Project
