Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Mattina Mechanical Ltd. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the success of our projects, working closely with our project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, purchase orders, and correspondence.
  • Review project contract scope against bid scope and reconcile differences with the general contractor.
  • Develop purchase order documentation for vendors and subcontractors based on quotations and project requirements.
  • Prepare project schedules and budgets, and support project managers and site supervisors in managing these.
  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Assist in resolving issues and conflicts that may arise during project execution.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and reports.
  • Provide support to project managers and site supervisors as needed.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the ICI construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of the mechanical trade and construction process.
  • Diploma or degree from a construction-related program is an asset.
  • Licensing or Red Seal in a specific trade or equivalent experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Procore, Change Order, Accubid, or equivalent software.
