Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
  • Inventory Management
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is maintained at optimal levels
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Monitor customer feedback and implement changes to improve customer satisfaction
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers have a positive experience
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at Tim Hortons, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet customer demands.
