Position Overview

As a Food Service Supervisor at George's Burgers & Subs, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment. Your leadership will guide our team in delivering exceptional food quality and service.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food quality and service adhere to established standards.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
  • Supervise the assembly of food trays and ensure proper delivery of food trolleys.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
