Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at George's Burgers & Subs. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient workflow
  • Quality Control
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports as required
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Work Setting
    • Restaurant environment with fast-paced and physically demanding conditions
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
    • Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding conditions. The ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service is essential.
