Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Reitmans. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Implement visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and loss prevention
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and district managers
  • Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and industry developments to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of leadership experience in a retail environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
