About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Placement and Display: Arrange products according to planograms to maximize visual appeal and sales.
  • Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of merchandise.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the distribution of merchandise to outlets, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are rotated regularly.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to retail partners and their customers, responding to queries and resolving any issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Setting: This is an urban area-based role, with the possibility of traveling to various locations.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficiency in Internet, MS Excel, and MS Word is essential.
  • Security and Safety: A criminal record check may be required for this role.
  • Transportation and Travel: You must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel, with travel expenses paid by the employer.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and be able to stand for extended periods.
