Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at RK Pharmacy Inc. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and that our store meets its sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train a team of sales staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, cash handling, and store maintenance.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Merchandise Management: Manage the display and sale of merchandise, ensuring that the store is well-stocked and that customers can easily find what they need.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure that stock levels are accurate and that any discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptly.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash handling procedures, including counting and reconciling cash, and ensuring that all cash handling policies and procedures are followed.
- Store Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of the store, including cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and fixtures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment, or equivalent experience.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Language: English.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with regular exposure to cash handling and customer service. The successful candidate will be required to work a 35-40 hour week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
