About the Role

As the Hospitality Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting our cutting-edge solutions for hotels, restaurants, spas, fitness clubs, and retail businesses. Responsibilities

  • Provide expert support and implementation of hospitality and retail software solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in hospitality or retail software support, installation, or configuration.
  • Proven experience working with competitive hospitality and retail products.
  • Familiarity with Oracle PL/SQL is a plus.

  • Ability to travel as required to meet client needs.
