Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
- Sales and Customer Service: Foster a positive shopping environment, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Store Operations: Oversee store opening and closing procedures, manage cash handling, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and coach staff to improve sales and customer service skills.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
