Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our team. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for arranging products according to planograms, establishing and maintaining contact with suppliers, and overseeing the distribution of merchandise to outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Placement and Display: Arrange products according to planograms to ensure visually appealing and effective merchandise displays.
  • Supplier Management: Establish and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of merchandise.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the distribution of merchandise to outlets, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Utilize computer software, including MS Excel and MS Word, to manage inventory, track sales, and analyze data.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure compliance with security and safety protocols, including background checks and valid driver's licenses.
  • Transportation and Travel: Utilize personal vehicle for travel to and from work, and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks, requiring attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 6 to 10 hours per week.
