Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Studio 13 Salon and Day Spa. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring optimal coverage and productivity.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure a positive shopping experience, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Authorize the return of merchandise, ensuring accurate processing and resolution of customer complaints.
    • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights for business growth and improvement.
  • Inventory and Logistics
    • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient restocking processes.
  • Screening and Hiring
    • Participate in the screening and hiring process, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates for sales floor positions.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
