About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Executive to lead our Planning Product Management organization in the SAP Digital Supply Chain Cloud. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving commercial success for our Supply Chain Planning portfolio, specifically Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies that drive substantial revenue growth and market share.
  • Lead a team of Senior Product Managers and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product marketing, and customer success, to deliver innovative solutions to our customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners, to gather feedback and drive product innovation and adoption.
  • Develop and execute the product roadmap, prioritizing features and capabilities based on customer feedback, market demands, and business objectives.
  • Ensure alignment with overall company goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional work experience in Product Engineering or Product Management, preferably in Supply Chain SaaS applications.
  • Strong domain expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) concepts and solutions or related fields.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing product strategies that drive substantial revenue growth and market share.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of professionals.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
