Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years proven experience as a Director of Engineering within Manufacturing.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with 3D modeling software, experience in running R&D projects from start to finish, and knowledge of drafting software.
  • Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and French preferred.
