Position Overview

As a Human Resources Officer at KeAnu Inc., you will play a crucial role in managing our workforce and ensuring effective staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Needs Assessment: Analyze current and future staffing requirements to align with organizational goals.
  • Job Posting: Create and disseminate job advertisements across various platforms.
  • Applicant Screening: Review applications and conduct initial screenings to identify suitable candidates.
  • Candidate Guidance: Provide information to job seekers regarding employment criteria and conditions.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain and review candidate databases for potential recruitment.
  • Interview Coordination: Reach out to candidates to schedule interviews.
  • Graduate Recruitment: Engage with educational institutions to attract new graduates.
  • Offer Preparation: Notify candidates of selection outcomes and prepare employment offers.
  • Policy Advisory: Counsel management and staff on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Training Coordination: Assess eligibility for training programs and facilitate staff development.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Execute the recruitment process from start to finish.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Reliability: Dependable and trustworthy in handling sensitive information.
