About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Vice-President to join our team at MindTide Software Technologies Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's human resources strategy and ensuring the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective leadership and management structures.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs that drive business growth and success.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions to drive business performance.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning to ensure effective resource management.
Supervision and Work Environment
  • Team Size: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure team success.
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with a large workload, and a strong focus on attention to detail.
Personal Suitability
  • Personal Qualities: Possess accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, and be organized, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Work Arrangements: Work on a permanent basis, with a standard working week of 35 hours, and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
