Your primary responsibilities will include providing advice and assistance to enable the business to achieve its goals through effective and efficient people management. You will work closely with management and key stakeholders to deploy suitable processes to deliver P&C programs across performance management, employee relations, resourcing, training, and HR operations.

To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor of Human Resources and/or Business, 3 years of experience in a similar role, and a sound understanding of contemporary HR & workplace relations. You will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to proactively build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, and a strong understanding of the business environment and strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Qualifications:**

* Strong understanding of the business environment and strategies
