We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Human Resources Officer to join our team at KeAnu Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
Key Responsibilities- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
- Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
- Collect and screen applicants, and advise them on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
- Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews.
- Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions, and notify applicants of results of the selection process.
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, and determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
- Recruit and hire staff, and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 35 hours per week.
- Judgement.
- Organized.
- Reliability.
