About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at MindTide Software Technologies Inc. as a Human Resources Vice-President.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving business growth and success.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a strong reputation and building strategic partnerships.
  • Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions, promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring the organization's financial stability and operational efficiency.
Supervision and Work Environment
  • Team Size: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success and growth.
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with a strong focus on attention to detail and a large workload, requiring excellent time management and organizational skills.
Personal Suitability
  • Personal Qualities: Possess accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, and be organized, with a strong ability to work in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Work Term and Language: Work on a permanent basis, with English as the primary language of communication, and work a standard 35 hours per week.
