Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Human Resources Leader to join our team at MindTide Software Technologies Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our human resources strategies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement human resources strategies and policies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
    • Provide guidance and support to senior staff and middle managers to ensure effective leadership and management practices
  • Talent Acquisition and Management
    • Select and develop high-performing talent to meet the company's needs
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners
  • Organizational Development
    • Design and implement organizational development initiatives to improve performance and efficiency
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve strategic objectives
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior human resources role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.
