Power Systems Inside Product Support Representative

Finning is seeking a skilled Customer Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, driving business growth, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth and exceed annual sales targets.
- Manage a high-volume customer base, ensuring successful sales of parts solutions and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product support and sales, to provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
- Utilize Saleslink to track customer interactions and sales performance.
- Technical sales expertise in one or more Power Systems industries (Electrical Power, Industrial, O&G, Marine).
- 7+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles with a strong sales orientation and drive.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
