HVAC Sales Representative

Refrigerative Supply Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling York and other commercial equipment to dealers, contractors, engineering firms, and building owners.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Develop and retain long-term relationships with current and prospective customers, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our market share.
- Sales Support: Provide inside sales support and conduct outside sales calls, including meetings with engineers and other stakeholders.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with current and future product line developments, ensuring you have a deep understanding of our products and their applications.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other Commercial Sales team members to achieve sales targets and support the growth of our business.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your sales and customer service skills.
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years of HVAC sales experience, with a solid understanding of air movement, mechanical systems, and components.
- Education: A minimum of grade 12 education, with additional training in marketing/sales or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong sales and customer relations experience within the HVAC industry, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
