Power Systems Inside Product Support Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Expert to join our team at Finning. As a Technical Sales Expert, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers to exceed annual sales targets while ensuring profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful sales and customer satisfaction.
- Manage a high-volume customer base and maintain accurate records of account details and equipment population.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers.
- Champion Finning's E-commerce platform to boost online sales.
- Convert leads generated by data algorithms and marketing activities into successful sales.
Requirements:
- Technical sales expertise in one or more Power Systems industries (Electrical Power, Industrial, O&G, Marine).
- 7+ years in the heavy equipment industry is a plus.
- 7+ years in sales or customer-facing roles with a strong sales orientation and drive.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
