Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Rosieskin Beauty Spa & Health Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our spa and health services.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including scheduling appointments, coordinating seminars and conferences, and maintaining accurate records.
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including greeting and directing them to contacts or service areas, and responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate data, statistics, and other information to support our business operations.
- Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless communication between departments and teams.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a spa or health services setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and will be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
