About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Pizza Pizza. As an Administrative Assistant - Operations, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Office Operations
    • Oversee the maintenance of a clean and organized workspace.
    • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Team Support
    • Provide support to team members as needed.
    • Assist with special projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule

The work schedule is 30 to 35 hours per week.
