Workplace Experience Coordinator

Responsibilities
  • Create a dynamic and sustainable workplace for our Toronto office team.
  • Develop and implement workplace operations strategies that prioritize clarity, diversity, and accessibility.
  • Support regional customization of workplace programs, including employee perks and benefits.
  • Manage office supplies, kitchen ordering, and general office experience.
  • Maintain relationships with landlords, vendors, and internal partners.
  • Oversee room and desk scheduling, and maintain accurate floor plans and seating charts.
  • Perform various ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks to support the business and International Places team.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of office coordination, administrative support, or similar role; experience in a technology or startup environment is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and creative skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fluid startup environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to solve problems and ask clarifying questions.
  • Google Suite experience, including Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs.
  • Technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security, and general office maintenance is a plus.
