At Reddit, we're building a workplace that's as vibrant as the platform we support. As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll play a key role in creating an inclusive, sustainable, and dynamic workplace for our employees in the Toronto office.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of office coordination, administrative support, or a similar role, preferably in a technology or startup environment. They'll be detail-oriented, able to handle multiple priorities, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities will include creating an inclusive workplace, approaching operations strategy with clarity and diversity in mind, supporting regional customization of workplace programs, and maintaining relationships with landlords, vendors, and internal partners. The successful candidate will also be able to manage tickets, resolve building maintenance issues, and oversee room and desk scheduling.

As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to work with the Places arm of the Experience team to create a workplace that makes our employees' time at Reddit a first-rate experience. Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of office coordination, administrative support, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and creative skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems and ask clarifying questions
  • Google Suite experience
