Job Summary

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential towers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement annual operating and capital budgets for each property, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review monthly operating statements to evaluate property performance, identify areas for improvement, and make necessary adjustments to stay on budget and meet financial goals.
  • Project Management: Oversee major projects, including selecting contractors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful completion, while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Property Inspections & Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of properties, monitor vacancy rates and accounts receivable, and address issues as they arise, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Risk Management: Work with Property Managers to identify and mitigate risks, review incidents, and handle insurance claims, while leading response efforts during catastrophic events.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure all operational records and documentation are maintained accurately, in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents and employees, addressing escalated issues and overseeing property communications, while fostering a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Team Leadership: Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training team members, lead and motivate the team, provide feedback, and conduct regular meetings, while promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Administration & Reporting: Monitor lease renewals, approve expenditures, and compile monthly reports on property performance for senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 7-8+ years of progressive experience in residential property management or hospitality, ideally with experience working on high-rise or large portfolios.
  • Language: Fully Bilingual – English & French.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate or related preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and related legislation and regulations.
  • Certifications: Industry-specific designations or certifications such as CPM/RPA are considered an asset.
  • Skills: Strong financial acumen and extensive experience with budget management, excellent communication skills, written and verbal, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate working relationships both internally and externally, strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in MS Office, Yardi strongly preferred.
Compensation

The successful candidate will receive a base salary between $110,000-$130,000 dependent on experience, a healthy performance-based bonus, and comprehensive benefits plan. The company offers many avenues for professional development and growth opportunities.
