About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced chef to join our team at Off the Hook Grab and Go. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our menu offerings are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement new cooking techniques and equipment training for our cooking staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Supervise and direct the activities of specialist chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Create innovative and delicious menu items that meet our quality standards.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets and catering services.
  • Train and mentor our kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities to meet the demands of our restaurants.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement menu plans that meet our quality and customer satisfaction standards.
