Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our Payroll team at CB Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for full cycle payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for 350+ employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll bi-monthly, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage benefits administration, including updates, new hire orientation, and employee status changes
  • Conduct payroll reconciliations and journal entries, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in full cycle payroll processing
  • Proficiency in Ceridian Dayforce and intermediate Excel skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees and management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies
