Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits administration for our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for 350+ employees bi-monthly, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage benefits administration, including updates, new hire orientation, and employee status changes.
  • Conduct payroll reconciliations and journal entries to ensure financial accuracy.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in full cycle payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in Ceridian Dayforce.
  • Experience in processing union payroll is considered an asset.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
