Payroll & Benefits Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our Payroll team at CB Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for 350+ employees, as well as managing benefits administration, including updates, new hire orientation, and employee status changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process bi-monthly payroll for a large employee base
  • Manage benefits administration, including updates and employee communications
  • Conduct payroll reconciliations and journal entries
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in full cycle payroll processing
  • Proficiency in Ceridian Dayforce
  • Experience with union payroll processing is an asset
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills
