Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to technical issues and troubleshoot problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform Help Desk duties as required, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Execute assigned IT support tickets, documenting details and allocating accurate time logs.
  • Configure, deploy, and support end-user computing devices, including desktop computers, notebooks, tablets, phones, barcode devices, and printers.
  • Configure, deploy, and support network and server infrastructure, including internet access devices, network equipment, phone systems, and data servers.
  • Configure, deploy, and support third-party software required for company business processes.
  • Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software.
  • Ensure systems are secure and up-to-date with the latest patches and updates.
  • Maintain system documentation practices.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Information Systems.
  • High school diploma or one year of equivalent work experience.
  • Technical certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE) are an asset.
  • Experience in general computer device configuration, troubleshooting, and support is an asset.
  • Interest in attaining applicable technical certifications as required.
  • A valid G driver's license.
  • Analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Work independently and with a team as needed.
  • Accurate maintenance of IT assets and device inventories.
  • Manage and maintain documentation.
