- Maintain system documentation practices.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- 2+ years of experience in Information Systems.
- High school diploma or one year of equivalent work experience.
- Technical certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE) are an asset.
- Experience in general computer device configuration, troubleshooting, and support is an asset.
- Interest in attaining applicable technical certifications as required.
- A valid G driver's license.
- Analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
- Work independently and with a team as needed.
- Accurate maintenance of IT assets and device inventories.
