Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Canada Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
