Position Overview

As a Medical Regulatory Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to environmental health and safety (EHS) regulations within our organization. Your expertise will support our mission to provide life-saving medical solutions globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee compliance with nuclear regulatory and EHS program standards.
  • Evaluate the implications of evolving regulatory frameworks and relay information to relevant departments.
  • Incorporate new regulatory guidelines into compliance documentation and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to provide regulatory guidance.
  • Engage in industry discussions regarding regulatory updates.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory documentation as required.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff across all levels.
  • Maintain regular communication with regulatory agencies through various channels.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in nuclear regulatory compliance or in a regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with licensing processes for Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) regulated facilities.
  • Knowledge of safety management systems, radioactive material handling, and Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) regulations.
  • Exceptional skills in technical writing, presentations, and verbal communication.
