Position Overview

This is a casual position, meaning that there are no guaranteed hours, and work schedules may vary.

In alignment with the established vision and values of the organization, the Clinical Informatics Analyst I is responsible for maintaining and supporting information systems that address clinical and health information needs across the organization. This role also includes providing user support and training for regional users of software applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Modify existing software applications by reviewing specifications, coding changes, and implementing adjustments.
  • Collect information from users to assist in designing forms and preparing data flowcharts based on existing applications, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts, team leaders, or managers to communicate with users and gather insights regarding current system usage, providing input on new system requirements and implementation processes.
  • Support the implementation of system changes in partnership with senior analysts, team leaders, or managers, and offer user support related to clinical and health information software.
  • Assist in developing educational training requirements in collaboration with senior analysts, team leaders, or managers.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
