About the Role:
Interior Health Authority is seeking a skilled Clinical Informatics Analyst I to join our team on a casual basis. As a Clinical Informatics Analyst I, you will play a vital role in maintaining and supporting information systems that cater to the clinical and health information needs of Interior Health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Modify existing application programs by reviewing specifications, coding program changes, and making adjustments to ensure seamless system functionality.
- Gather information from users to design forms and prepare data flowcharts from existing applications, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate with senior analysts, team leaders, or managers to communicate with users, gather information about current system uses, and provide input on new system requirements and implementation processes.
- Support the implementation of system changes and provide user support related to clinical and health information software, working closely with senior analysts, team leaders, or managers.
- Assist in developing educational training requirements and perform other related duties as assigned.
