As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team.

This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated and possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset, aiming for personal and professional growth. We are looking for someone with a positive and engaging personality who can also work autonomously. If you are passionate about the art, souvenir, and giftware sectors, and are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and sales support, this position may be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and present Oscardo's product offerings to both new and existing clients, ensuring consistent sales growth while achieving daily and monthly sales and call volume targets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients to broaden the customer base, nurturing long-lasting relationships to enhance client loyalty.
  • Provide tailored assistance to clients throughout the ordering process, ensuring their needs are met to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Generate leads for field sales teams, facilitating additional sales opportunities.
  • Offer personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and requirements, utilizing extensive product knowledge and service expertise.
  • Conduct timely and thorough sales and market analyses, develop strategic account plans, and fulfill market insight requests with high-quality information.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and purchases to support effective sales tracking and customer service.
  • Participate in industry events and training sessions as necessary to stay updated on industry trends and enhance sales skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the souvenir and giftware industry or a related field is highly desirable.
  • 2-3 years of sales or customer service experience in B2B and/or retail giftware.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms for inside/outside sales.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software is required.
  • Data-driven mindset to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Independent contributor with strong organizational skills and business acumen.

Additional Information

An Oscardo Sales Account Executive should be able to work effectively and collaboratively with outside sales representatives, maximizing time spent with clients. Our Sales Representatives must be solutions-oriented and maintain a positive demeanor in all interactions.
