About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance and Enablement Manager to join our Revenue Operations team at Lightspeed. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving sales performance and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to support our GTM Sales teams.
  • Provide coaching, insights, and resources to support the success of quota-carrying teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations Managers to establish KPIs and metrics to measure the adoption of and success of enablement activities.
  • Work closely with the Revenue Operations Managers to understand and diagnose performance in the region, and support Sales Leadership with identifying individual and team training needs, coaching needs, additional resources, and suggested practices.
  • Develop and update resources and materials, including sales scripts, playbooks, coaching activities, presentations, one-pagers, knowledge base, etc.
  • Leverage data-driven insights and analytics to inform decision making while balancing anecdotes and feedback from stakeholders to maximize impact.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Sales Leadership team and provide insights and recommendations to drive sales productivity and optimize sales processes.
  • Promote a culture of feedback and constant improvement by actively gathering feedback from ICs and leaders.
Requirements
  • Understanding of the GTM sales environment.
  • Experience in developing and running enablement programs.
  • Experience in using a data-driven approach to enablement to measure success and identify areas of opportunity.
