We are seeking a seasoned Performance and Enablement Manager to join our retail customer organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational readiness for change, fostering skill development, and empowering our workforce to achieve peak performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Readiness Plans: Collaborate with the Director of Customer Engagement to create and execute comprehensive readiness plans for new initiatives and processes.
- Design and Deliver Training Programs: Tailor training programs to meet the needs of employees, utilizing various formats and delivery methods to support ongoing learning and development.
- Ensure Alignment and Consistency: Ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and training materials across different teams.
- Work with Change Champions: Work with change champions and subject matter experts to identify training needs and tailor readiness activities to meet specific user group requirements.
- Offer Coaching and Support: Offer support and coaching to employees to enhance their skills related to new tools or processes.
- Evaluate and Improve: Gather feedback to assess the impact of training and readiness initiatives, making continuous improvements as needed.
- Track Key Performance Indicators: Track key performance indicators to measure the success of readiness and training programs and monitor progress against goals.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business readiness, training, and performance enhancement.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in business readiness, training, and performance enhancement.
- Design and Delivery Skills: Ability to design and deliver impactful training programs and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Change Management: Experience in managing change initiatives and providing coaching to employees.
- Analysis and Improvement: Ability to gather and analyze feedback, monitor KPIs, and implement improvements.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies related to training and performance enhancement.
